Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹990: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹990: Nominal delivery charge of ₹99

 

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Prepaid Orders

  • Orders placed before 12:30 PM (Monday–Saturday) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:30 PM are shipped the next working day.

  • All prepaid orders are shipped via Air service, wherever the PIN code is serviceable by the courier partner for air shipments.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are shipped the next working day.

  • COD orders are shipped via standard surface delivery.

Note:
No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines (Post Dispatch)

Prepaid Orders:
Estimated delivery within 1–6 working days, depending on the location.
Cities such as Mumbai and Gujarat typically receive deliveries within 1 working day, while timelines may extend slightly for locations farther from our dispatch hub.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Estimated delivery within 3–8 working days, depending on the serviceable PIN code.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on courier network conditions, air serviceability, and regional constraints.

 

Shipping & Packaging Guidelines

  • We strive to ship all items in a single order together. However, in cases of unavailability, we will notify you via email or call.
  • If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us at:

  • All shipments, including gifts, will include an invoice with product pricing, in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations.
