14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Hektor, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached.

  • It must be accompanied by the original Hektor receipt/invoice.

  • The item must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.

Eligibility & Guidelines

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Only outerwear (Polos and Shirts) are eligible for return/exchange. Innerwear (Boxers and Briefs) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  • Any exchange or refund will be processed only after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item is missing, damaged, or does not meet the return criteria.

Additional Terms

  • If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the main product. If the free gift is not returned, a prorated deduction of its value will be applied to the refund.

  • For a second exchange or refund request on an already exchanged item, a shipping fee of Rs. 99  will be charged.

  • If you purchased an item as part of a bundle offer, returning any item from the bundle will void the offer, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

What Are the Products That Cannot Be Returned?

For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept returns on:

  • Innerwear (Briefs and Boxers). If you have size-related queries, please reach out to us before placing your order.

  • Multipack items. An item sold as part of a multipack cannot be returned individually.

  • Worn, washed, or soiled items. Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of items that show visible signs of use.

How to Return/Exchange a Product?

Return Process:

  1. Place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached into the original packing.

  2. Enclose your invoice inside.

  3. Please make sure you pack the product(s) completely before handing it over to the courier partner and ensure that the courier person seals the package in front of you to confirm that the correct products are being sent back to us.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse any refund/exchange if we receive a missing or damaged product.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items can be exchanged for:

  • The same or different sizes of the same style.

  • Any other item of the same or different value. (For higher-value items, the price difference must be prepaid by the customer.)

What if I Receive a Defective, Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please report it within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at customercare@hektor.in or WhatsApp at +91 8108330031.

We request you to share the following details for a quicker resolution:

  • Picture of the outer box (front and back) with the carrier label clearly visible.

  • Pictures of all products received.

  • Unpacking video footage (single video without any edit).

We will prioritize your request and resolve your issue as soon as possible.

When Will I Receive My Credit?

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the product. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges paid by the customer, if any, are non-refundable.

Alternatively, you can opt for store credits, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

We will not be responsible for incorrect fund transfers due to inaccurate details provided.
