Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1-12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not applicable. For payments made through online payment methods, refunds will be processed to the original payment account within 2-5 business days from the time of order cancellation.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to Orders

  • If you need to modify your order (e.g., change shipping details, item quantity), please contact us within 1-12 hours of purchase.
